If merchandise purchased from the National Wild Turkey Federation does not meet your fullest expectations, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receipt accompanied by the purchase invoice for refund (excluding shipping) or exchange. If the product is covered by a warranty, please inform the NWTF of your return and follow the instructions given for returns. This is because the item may not need to be returned to the NWTF but rather directly to the manufacturer.
Damaged or defective merchandise must be returned for credit or replacement within 30 days of purchase accompanied with the purchase invoice and an explanation as to the nature of the defect/damage.
Embroidered shirts cannot be returned.

If you have any membership problems or questions, you may call
1-800-843-6983 and speak to membership services . Please allow 4-6 weeks for
processing of your membership, except during peak season, from March-June.
During this time, please allow 6-8 weeks for processing. If you have placed
a membership order and need to make changes, please email your name,
address, and order #, along with the changes, to larmstrong@nwtf.net.
