We cannot be responsible for loss, which may occur as a result of damages beyond our control, such as drought, flooding, winter damage, or other acts of God. Bare root seedlings

The highest quality bare root seedlings for wildlife. Fast growth, easy to plant and maintain.
  • American Beautyberry-A shrub that grows up to 6 feet tall. It produces purple berries which are eaten by a variety of birds. Habitat: Grows in most all soils and will tolerate full shade.
  • American Hazelnut-A multi-stem shrub that will grow in full sun to shade on most well-drained soils. Nuts are a favorite with birds and squirrels.
  • Bald Cypress-A large needle leaf, aquatic, deciduous tree with enlarged trunk and spreading flat crown. It is a preferred roosting site for wild turkeys.
  • Black Cherry-Fast growing tree that will grow up to 80 feet tall. It is quick to produce lots of small semi-sweet cherries. Needs full sunlight.
  • Bur Oak-A rugged tree that grows up to 80 feet tall. It produces large acorns favored by deer and other wildlife. Tolerant of most soil types and shade conditions.
  • Buttonbush-A fast growing shrub that is excellent food and cover for waterfowl and other wetland birds. It tolerates seasonal flooding.
  • Chinese Chestnut-A medium-sized tree averaging a height of 40 feet. It is known to be an excellent deer attractant due to the large nuts it produces. Prefers most moist soils upland and lowlands.
  • Common Apple-Excellent wildlife tree that grows up to 30 feet. The fruit is eaten by a variety of animals. Prefers full sunlight and moist soils.
  • Flowering Dogwood-A beautiful tree that provides juicy red berries eaten by many birds including quail and turkey. Berries persist through the winter when other foods are scarce.
  • Gobbler Sawtooth Oak-Fast growing and well adapting like the Sawtooth but produces a smaller acorn in higher quantities. A superb fall and winter food source for turkeys, deer and quail.
  • Northern Red Oak-It is one of the largest Oaks, occasionally 125 feet high, and it produces large amounts of acorns. High timber value. Prefers well-drained moist soils.
  • Common Persimmon-A medium-sized tree that produces a sweet orange fruit that last into winter, a true favorite of deer.
  • Pin Oak-A fast growing tree that produces lots of small acorns that are favored by ducks and small animals. Needs full sunlight. Good choice for green tree reservoir.
  • Red Mulberry-A species of mulberry that reaches a height of up to 60 feet. It produces red/black edible fruit favored by a variety of game birds and animals.
  • Southern Crabapple-A shrubby tree that produces small sweet red and yellow apples that deer cannot resist. It also offers excellent brood habitat for quail and turkey. Needs full sunlight.
  • Sawtooth Oak-Fast growing, well adapting and quick to produce lots of big acorns that are loved by deer. Prefers most moist well-drained soils. Needs full sun.
  • Swamp Chestnut Oak-A big tree producing large acorns in the fall. High timber value. Moist sites including well-drained sandy loam and silty flood plain.
