20 liter capacity recommended for kids with torso measurement from 12-15 inches (typically kids aged 6 - 10).
25 liter capacity recommended for torso measurements 14.5 - 17.5 inches (ages 10 and up and suitable for slender men and women up to 5'6" tall).
