Please Note: This is the first step in registering for the Convention. Your registration is not complete until you receive a confirmation letter by mail. If you have not received a confirmation letter by mail within 2 business weeks of your online registration date, please contact the NWTF convention registration staff at (800) THE-NWTF.

Registration Deadlines:

  • Early-Bird deadline is December 31, 2008. If you register by Dec. 31, your name will be entered into a drawing for a Gun of the Year.
  • Please pre-register by February 6, 2009. After this date, you will have to register on-site at the convention. We cannot guarantee ticket availability on-site.
  • Reserved Seating: Tables are assigned to attendees who purchase tickets to the Welcome Party, Grand Auction and/or Awards Banquet. The earlier you register, the better your location is. Registration forms for parties who wish to be seated together must be mailed or faxed to the NWTF together.
  • No refund will be made after Febuary 13, 2009.
